Terms and
Conditions |

If your booking is cancelled within 14
days of your arrival date, your deposit
will automatically become a cancellation
fee. |

Damage to fixtures, fittings and
linen, excepting fair 'wear and tear',
will be charged at replacement value. |

Pets must remain outside at all times -
owners are responsible for 'Clean Up'
after pets. |
